Weigh In 03/09/07
Firstly an apology, I forgot to post my weight in last Monday, this was partly down to being very busy and it slipping from my mind and partly because the results were not too good. For the record I put 3lbs on, yes the very same I lost the week previous.
This week it far more positive, I have taken that 3lbs back off again. So the tell of the tape this week :- 22st 2lbs (310 lbs, 140.6 kg).
I seem to be yo-yoing my weight like a crazy person and I have had to have a long deep look in myself as to why this is happening. Firstly I hit a patchy period going to the gym, I hardly went at all during August, don’t ask me why it is that self destruct part of me coming out. OK so now I have committed to going to the gym 4 times a week now and with my trainer have devised a program that will help with losing weight. I did it last week and the results are I lost 3lbs. Very encouraging.
Secondly I have been fooling myself with my diet, during the week I am fine, I have either cereal or grapes & yogurt for breakfast, a salad with cold meat during the day and a healthy meal on an evening, maybe later an energy bar with a cup of tea later. The problem is with the weekend, I have been undisciplined and this has undone all of the weeks work. So I am going to put more focus on my diet and be ruthless. This is the new more focused me.

Recognizing your problem is half the battle! I have similar problems on the weekends. All you can do is resolve to fix it now that you have indentified it. Sorry, no miracle suggestions on how to do so though. When you figure it out let me know!
