The Monday Weigh-In 29/10/07
Well this is my first weight in a while and I was nervous when standing on the scales this morning. I recently got some new scales as the previous ones were rubbish, basically every time I stepped on them they would give me a different weight every time, I could lose 2lbs or gain 3lbs within a 30 second period, so I splashed out and got these new stylish scales, so this is the first official weigh-in on them.
So I am please to say that I have lost a whopping 4lbs this week, I am so pleased with this result. 4lbs is the most I have lost in a week in a long long time, so it looks like the new diet is working and also I have started doing cardio at the gym 3 times a week so this has obviously contributed. 4lbs GET IN!!
