Second weigh-in was better than I thought. Came in at 321.4 lbs, that’s nearly a 5 lbs weight loss in a week. Not that am getting mega excited I know it won’t always be like this. Lots of salad, soup and yoghurt last week must have helped.

I got myself an iPhone this week which is what I am posting this blog entry with. So tell me, are there any good apps to assist with my weight loss?
